So when you have a client with a MacBook pro that won’t install an operating system because of a strange error, it’s time to investigate the error. The error itself wasn’t lot of info but through forums and other feedback a potential diagnosis of incompatible RAM was the first step.
After removing the back shell of the Mac laptop I was present with the image below…
After pulling the RAM and swapping it with correct and different RAM it seems to be behaving correctly again.
This just goes to show that you should never buy RAM that you can’t fully 100% trust.
